Job Mission:
Responsible for supporting the technical team in preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment such as cold chambers, vaccine refrigerators, and compressors. Work in the field according to the schedule of work orders (OS), with prior preparation of tools and PPE, initial analysis of equipment, and support in executing technical verifications according to PMOC, ABNT standards, and industry best practices. Participate in data collection, technical records, and promote service standardization through documentation and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities and Challenges:

1. Assist in executing preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment related to processes, such as cold chambers, display cases, and compressors, according to the maintenance plan (PMOC) and work orders.
2. Perform basic technical checks under guidance, including measuring electrical current, temperature, noise, pressure, cleaning fans, and analyzing thermal insulation.
3. Prepare appropriate tools and PPE, evaluating the type of service and safety requirements beforehand.
4. Monitor technical visits to clients, assisting in equipment identification, gathering information on-site, and supporting execution according to established procedures.
5. Contribute to standardization and documentation of services by filling out checklists, technical records, and suggesting operational improvements.
6. Act with a focus on safety, quality, and technical compliance, following current standards (such as ABNT) and instructions from responsible professionals.

Knowledge of Specific Tools and Resources:

• Understanding of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including reading parameters like current, temperature, pressure, noise, and overheating.
• Basic knowledge of PMOC and execution of technical checklists, focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance according to operational standards.
• Familiarity with applicable technical standards (ABNT NBR 16401, NBR 13579) related to refrigeration, ventilation, and operational safety equipment.
• Recognition of flammable refrigerants and safe handling practices, with attention to PPE use and risks in the technical environment.

Education: High School Complete.

Work Model and Location: São Paulo / SP - On-site, with field service (in loco).
