Job Description for Sales Assistant at Gentil Negócios

Join our team as a Sales Assistant at Gentil Negócios, a company with extensive experience in franchise management and retail since 2010. We operate across physical stores, digital retail, and innovation sectors, with over 120 physical units across Brazil and a dedicated team focused on personalized service and high performance.

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers in the physical store.
2. Provide personal and telephone assistance to the reseller team at the Service Center.
3. Maintain product pricing according to current cycles.
4. Perform sales using upselling techniques.
5. Record sales and verify discounts in the system.
6. Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new cycles.
7. Develop relationships with resellers.
8. Follow up on orders via WhatsApp and calls.
9. Guide resellers on using the app for updates and purchases.
10. Register new resellers and keep their data current.
11. Keep the physical space clean and organized as per planogram.
12. Handle order separation and billing from the Service Center.

Requirements

• High school diploma completed.
• Basic proficiency in Excel.

Additional Information

• Contract: CLT, 44 hours/week.
