Responsibilities

• Qualify and evaluate suppliers and materials
• Prospect new suppliers and negotiate prices and delivery times
• Register items, suppliers, and contracts in the management system
• Manage supply contracts and monitor documentation flow
• Conduct market analysis and prepare periodic reports for the department
• Support work planning through strategic supply management

Qualifications

• Complete higher education in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Solid experience in procurement, preferably in construction or manufacturing sectors
• Experience negotiating large volumes and managing contracts
• Financial proficiency in applied mathematics for negotiations
• Knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP, TOTVS, Sienge) is a plus
• Knowledge of Lean Construction is a plus
