Evonik Brasil Ltda. is seeking an entry-level technician to perform basic maintenance and installation tasks under close supervision at our São Paulo site. You will follow detailed instructions, adhere to quality standards, and support environmental and safety policies during everyday operations.

The role emphasizes learning under supervision, organizing activities, and applying safe work practices while contributing to production objectives and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Secondary / Intermediate + (5 GCSE) with very limited work-based experience.
• Clear and effective elementary verbal communications skills under supervision.
• Works under supervision at an elementary level to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
• Manages and applies safe systems of work with guidance (but not constant supervision).

Responsabilidades

• Carry out simple maintenance and repair tasks, following detailed instructions and working under close supervision to complete the allocated tasks.
• Carry out simple installation tasks, following detailed instructions and working under close supervision to complete the allocated tasks.
• Carry out standard site management tasks for clear requests.
• Support the quality function by working within strict quality standards.
• Follow a straightforward mandatory procedure to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
• Follow a range of mandatory work instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of oneself and others.

• Identifies, assesses, prioritizes and manages risks in a production process at an elementary level, under supervision.
