Greif in Rio de Janeiro is seeking a production auxiliar to operate routine machinery, follow prints and specifications, and help manufacture the required quantity of parts with accuracy.

You will maintain logs, conduct basic equipment checks, keep a clean and safe workspace, and actively follow safety regulations while contributing to a collaborative team and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery.
• Fundamental understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Operates routine production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications.
• Carry out routine activities to produce the required quantity of parts within specs.
• Measures finished parts with precision tools to ensure quality and cosmetic standards.
• Maintains logs of units produced and reports any rejected pieces.
• Inspects equipment prior to use and performs basic setup, adjustments and maintenance.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area and follows safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Operates routine production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications provided.
• Carry out routine activities that produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
• Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
• Maintains logs and records of units produced. Report any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
• Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and up to 2 years of relevant experience.
