What do you need to succeed at Longi?

• Experience in construction and/or maintenance activities in civil construction.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, electricity, and painting.
• Strong communication skills focused on clarity and objectivity.
• Patience and empathy in dealing with clients.
• Organization and attention to detail in service execution.
• Availability to work in Hortolândia/SP.
