Join our team as an Auxiliar de Manutenção at Manserv in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks in hydraulic, electrical, civil, and mechanical areas, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
• Assist the building maintenance team in electrical, civil, refrigeration, conservation, and cleaning activities.
• Plan, organize, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, machines, and installations.
• Monitor system performance, identify preventive maintenance needs, and perform necessary adjustments or replacements.
• Respond swiftly to unexpected equipment failures to minimize production impact.
• Track maintenance performance indicators such as equipment downtime, costs, and deadlines.
• Develop and update maintenance plans for various equipment and facilities.
• Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules to prevent unplanned downtimes.
• Conduct all maintenance activities safely, complying with safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain constant communication with operational and other departments to align maintenance needs and plans.

Minimum Requirements

• Technical course in Mechanics, Electrical, Automation, or related fields.
• Knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery.
