Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare B/L Drafts, filling out systems and forms specific to shipping agencies and freight forwarders;
• Update the DDBroker system with export process information and follow up to meet deadlines;
• Verify documents before sending them to the shipowner/agent;
• Issue, verify, and send Dangerous Cargo Declarations (MDGF and Annex VII) to the agency/shipowner;
• Issue, verify, and send VGM to the agency/shipowner.

Requirements and Qualifications

High school diploma required. Preference for candidates pursuing higher education, basic English and Excel skills, and knowledge of Letter of Credit and Atypical Processes. We look for proactive, focused, team-oriented individuals with good interpersonal skills.
