1. Planning and conducting social and cultural events at the club or externally, providing necessary resources, and seeking optimal quality, cost, and time conditions to maximize satisfaction and interest of the target audience.
2. Researching market innovations and developing new suppliers.
3. Hiring services and acquiring necessary resources.
4. Interacting with involved departments, from Communication to Services, to achieve better event results.
5. Managing the usage schedule of the club's physical spaces.
6. Seeking entities interested in renting club spaces, mainly for member interests or profit-generating events.
7. Renting spaces, overseeing event execution, providing technical support, and ensuring proper delivery and return conditions.
