Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, verifying, recording, storing, and distributing incoming, returned, and exchanged items.
• Support the stock department and customer and supplier service.
• Maintain cleanliness and conservation of stock items and the workspace.
• Assist in stock verification and daily stock movements.
• Issue invoices and organize related documentation.
• Follow safety, quality management, and information management policies.
• Participate in internal meetings and training sessions, both in-person and remote, promoted by Scania and/or Cotrasa.
• Keep process information and documents updated, controlled, and archived electronically or physically.
• Stay updated on concepts, techniques, tools, methodologies, and trends relevant to the area of work.
