Actively support and execute activities related to building maintenance, with increasing autonomy. Participate in inspections, prepare materials, and perform simple services. This role is strategic for the technical development of the employee, preparing them to take on greater responsibilities within the maintenance team.

Main Activities

1. Support and carry out maintenance services;
2. Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment needed for services;
3. Collaborate with the construction and maintenance team;
4. Conduct preliminary inspections;
5. Communicate clearly about occurrences, difficulties, or technical observations;
6. Respect and care for common areas and clients' private units;
7. Follow safety procedures, properly using PPE.

Requirements

• Complete elementary education;
• Basic knowledge of construction/construction civil;
• Ability to solve simple problems;

Preferred Qualifications

• Type B driver's license;
• Previous experience with construction or general services;
• Care for the client's property;
• Clear communication and professional attitude;
• Experience in customer service.
