A global materials company in Minas Gerais is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide secretarial support to managers. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, handling correspondence, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and possesses strong organizational skills. This is a full-time, permanent position.
[ Purpose & General Characteristics ]
Ensure secretarial and administrative support to one or several managers.
[ Representative Activities ]
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external stakeholders,
Organize meetings and booking of meeting rooms,
Handle correspondence directed to managers,
Make travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries,
Produce reports and presentations.
