Position Details:

  • Work hours: Flexible availability

  • Schedule: 5x2 (work 5 days, off 2 days)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attend to and record customer calls and incidents, ensuring customer satisfaction;

  • Assist technicians by recording call closures and pending issues;

  • Monitor call priorities;

  • Ensure quick resolution of calls and customer satisfaction;

  • Ensure that the initial response time (T1) meets company standards;

  • Respond to customer calls within 20 seconds or less (third ring);

  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction;

  • Find the best solutions for handling calls, dispatching technicians based on availability and location;

  • Ensure rapid and effective service to satisfy customers;

  • Inform supervisors, managers, and directors about online operations regarding calls and pending issues to facilitate customer service;

  • Maintain safety, ethics, and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
