Jobtailor in Brazil invites a junior auditor-in-training to support the audit team with planning, documenting analytical reviews, and performing basic procedures in lower-complexity areas.

You will assist with physical inventory procedures, prepare working paper documentation, formalize tests, and document conclusions, while seeking guidance for discrepancies and collaborating with the supervisor. This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Enrollment in a university program or up to 2 years post-graduation in Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, or Business Administration.
• Interest in audit procedures and inventory processes.
• Ability to document findings and follow audit programs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the audit team with planning.
• Document analytical reviews in the areas tested.
• Perform basic audit procedures in lower-complexity areas.
• Support and follow up on physical inventory procedures.
• Prepare working paper documentation for vouchers and other documentary examinations.
• Formalize and document tests performed, in accordance with training and guidance.
• Seek guidance from the supervisor regarding discrepancies found, in order to resolve them.
• Assist the team as requested by the supervisor.
• Inspect and document summaries of various contracts.
• Manage the sending and receiving of confirmation requests (circularizations);
• Follow the work program for the simpler areas and document the conclusions.

Requirements

• Students currently enrolled in a university program or up to 2 years post-graduation in: Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, or Business Administration.
