Jobtailor is seeking enrolled university students or recent graduates for an audit support role in Fortaleza. The position supports the audit team in planning, conducting basic procedures, and documenting analytical reviews.

The role includes assisting with inventory counts, preparing working papers, and logging results with guidance from supervisors. Ideal candidates are pursuing Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, or Business Administration and have strong attention to detail, teamwork,

Qualificações

• Demonstrates strong analytical skills and attention to detail in audit procedures and documentation.
• Ability to follow established work programs and prepare working papers.
• Diligent in performing basic audit procedures and assisting with inventory counts.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the audit team with planning and analytical reviews.
• Document working papers and test results for vouchers and other tests.
• Perform basic audit procedures in lower-complexity areas.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and contract inspections.
• Prepare and formalize test documentation according to guidance.
• Seek supervisor guidance on findings and resolve differences.
• Assist the team as requested by the supervisor.
• Inspect and document summaries of contracts.
• Manage sending/receiving of external confirmations.
• Follow work programs and document conclusions.

• Assist the audit team with planning.
• Document analytical reviews in the areas being tested.
• Perform basic audit procedures in lower-complexity areas.
• Assist with physical inventory counts.
• Prepare working paper documentation for vouchers and other documentary tests.
• Formalize and document tests performed in accordance with training and guidance.
• Seek guidance from the supervisor regarding any differences found in order to resolve them.
• Assist the team as requested by the supervisor.
• Inspect and document summaries of various contracts.
• Control the sending and receiving of circularizations (external confirmations).
• Follow the work programs for simpler areas and document conclusions.

Requirements

• University students currently enrolled in higher education or graduates within up to 2 years in: Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science or Business Administration.

Demonstrates strong analytical skills and attention to detail in audit procedures, with the ability to document findings and collaborate effectively with team members. Proficient in following established work programs and preparing comprehensive working paper documentation.
