A Food and Beverage Attendant affects every Guest experience with our restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and in-hotel cafes. We always deliver an experience that will exceed our Guests' food, beverage, and culinary expectations.

What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will uphold the highest quality standards for food and beverage operations inside our restaurants, bars, banquets, in-hotel cafes, and fulfill room service requests. Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving orders and serving customer requests promptly, including barista or bartender duties if required
• Understanding menu content, changes, and promotions
• Keeping your service area clean and well-prepared
• Managing customer account settlements efficiently
• Responding politely and helpfully to Guest queries
