It’s a hands-on role best suited for recent grads or early-career designers who are ready to dive into real product work. You’ll collaborate directly with our CEO and Lead UI/UX Designer to launch features that matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and iterate on user interfaces for our products
• Create wireframes, mockups, and polished UIs in Figma
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to bring features to life
• Improve usability and user experience based on real feedback
• Learn fast and contribute from day one

Who This Is For

• You’ve already graduated and have some experience (freelance, bootcamp, agency, or startup)
• You’re eager to grow, open to feedback, and excited to work with senior leaders
• You have a portfolio that shows solid design thinking
• You’re comfortable with Figma or can learn it quickly
• You want to work in a collaborative, remote-first team that values simplicity, autonomy, and great design

You Must

• Be proficient in English - accents are welcome, but strong communication is essential
• Know how to use Figma confidently
• Have some hands-on experience with UI/UX (freelance, bootcamp, projects) and a solid grasp of design fundamentals
• Be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
• Be coachable - open to feedback and eager to improve
• Be proactive, accountable, and self-disciplined in your work
