Requirements
  • Experience managing Windows 11 Pro endpoints using Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot wired and wireless LAN and Internet connectivity issues
  • Familiarity with typical Internet applications and protocols
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and respond efficiently
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have

Experience with macOS and Linux endpoints

Responsibilities
  • Ensure technical support, productivity, and employee satisfaction
  • Operate as Level 2 Support within a multi-level, distributed IT department
  • Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting and technical support
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues
  • Follow and enforce IT security policies
  • Collaborate with the Information Security team on incident analysis
  • Manage the procurement of hardware and other IT services
  • Oversee and maintain the software licensing process
