About the Role

Join our Strategic Finance team and help scale our financial reporting, analytics, and planning capabilities. In this role, you'll empower decision-makers across our business functions by delivering insightful financial analysis and supporting high-impact strategic initiatives.

This opportunity sits within our Tech Finance team, specifically focused on the Mobility & Delivery business. You’ll work closely with engineering and product leaders to drive thoughtful, data-informed decisions that shape the direction of our company.

What you’ll do
  • Drive financial and operational planning by partnering with business leaders to create forecasts and set strategic goals

  • Collaborate across teams to bring financial insights into product development, new initiatives, and business opportunities

  • Build and refine financial models that break down complex business problems and help identify actionable insights

  • Execute on strategy by transforming data into meaningful insights and supporting key projects from start to finish

  • Work with accounting teams to enhance reporting accuracy and understand actuals

  • Adapt and learn continuously, expanding your technical toolkit to solve evolving business challenges

What you'll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS, or a related field

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in financial or analytical roles (e.g., FP&A, investment banking, consulting, private equity)

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of building scalable, intuitive models

  • Clear and effective communication—you're comfortable sharing ideas and collaborating across teams

  • Self-motivation and initiative—you’re someone who takes ownership and drives progress

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple priorities

  • A collaborative spirit—we’re a supportive team that succeeds together

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality execution

  • Foundational understanding of GAAP

  • Experience with financial planning systems, SQL, or statistical software is a plus.
