Associate Project Manager

We are currently seeking an Associate Project Manager (LANGUAGE SERVICES) to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Associate Project Manager at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the coordination and management of clinical trials, contributing to the design, analysis, and advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.

What you will be doing

  • Assisting project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials.
  • Coordinating study activities, including site selection, patient recruitment, and data collection.
  • Supporting the development of study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents.
  • Participating in data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and regulatory submissions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.


Your profile

  • +3 years of experience in project management within translation, localization, or language services.
  • Experience with Life Sciences translation projects (pharmaceutical, medical device, clinical, or biotech) a PLUS
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CAT tools, translation management systems, and project tracking software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other document formats (e.g., PDFs, XML, PowerPoint).
