What You Need To Succeed

• Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese (language proficiency will be assessed).


• Some experience in a support or operations environment.


• Foundational knowledge of ITIL principles.


• A strong willingness to learn and grow.


• Patience and the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.


• Flexibility to work night shifts for up to 10 days per month.


• Availability to work one weekend per month.


• Ability to work a regular schedule of 13:00–22:00, Monday to Friday.
