What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Act as a trusted partner and coach for managers and teams within assigned business units

  • Own and execute the global offboarding process, ensuring a positive employee experience
  • Analyze people data and trends to inform decisions and improve strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Previous experience in a People team, ideally as a People Partner or within Employee Relations
  • A few years of relevant experience in a similar role with strong exposure to multiple regions
  • Proven ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
