An innovative firm is seeking an Associate Manager for Operations to lead FPO formation initiatives. This role involves implementing operational plans, collaborating with NGOs, and ensuring compliance with standard processes. You will also be responsible for training and supporting teams, developing partnerships, and facilitating credit services for farmers. To implement operation plan for FPO formation, Agri Advisory, Agri Input, Credit services and Output and ensure adherence to system and process as outlined in Standard Operating Processes.
FPO Formation:
- Implement village and Board of Directors (BODs) selection processes to ensure informed decision-making.
- Onboard and allocate NGOs based on their expertise and potential for project execution.
- Conduct regular reviews with NGOs to track progress and address challenges.
- Develop and upload crop-related content on the ITCMAARS app to assist farmers effectively.
- Plan and execute CPK initiatives with partner companies.
- Organize farmer meetings and field days to promote recommended agricultural practices.
- Prepare hub-wise business plans to ensure timely and competitive input supply.
- Establish partnerships with suppliers and coordinate government support for seeds and inputs.
- Provide training and support to hub teams and FPOs through regular field visits and workshops.
Credit Services & GTM:
- Collaborate with financial institutions to secure credit for farmers and FPOs.
- Facilitate ITCMAARS app adoption to maximize service utilization among farmers and FPOs.
- Ensure adequate working capital for FPO business expansion in both input and output domains.
Output:
- Ensure availability of quality analysis equipment and proper training for FPO members.
- Conduct training on statutory compliances and buying processes before the output season.
- Develop new business models to enhance volume, cost efficiency, and FPO activation.
Process Compliance:
- Maintain transparency in NGO selection and payment processes, ensuring thorough reviews.
- Adhere to SOPs for equipment purchases and expense management to support FPOs.
- Ensure compliance with finance and documentation standards during operations.
People Development:
- Conduct regular training sessions for hub teams and FPO members to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Plan frequent field visits to provide guidance and address on-ground challenges.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning to improve the execution of ITCMAARS initiatives.

Educational Qualification Required
