About the Role
As an Associate Manager, COA Management within the PCS Instrument Services team at IQVIA, responsibilities include:
- Supporting COA Manager(s) on assigned COAs across different phases of the product lifecycle including product development, extension, commercialization, and marketed product management (e.g., sales and delivery of COA licenses and services).
- Performing day-to-day tasks to prepare COA assets for client delivery, as directed by COA Manager.
- Supporting COA Manager(s) and sales teams to define deliverables, costs, benefits, and ROI for products and initiatives.
- Assisting in developing go-to-market, thought leadership, and other product materials to enable sales, under the guidance of COA Manager.
- Supporting business case development and due diligence activities for development or acquisition opportunities to fill product or capability gaps.
- Partnering with other PCS functions, as needed, for scientific development, business operations, and sales/marketing.
- Collaborating with global functions supporting PCS Instrument Services, including Finance, Contracting, Legal, HR, and IT.
- Assisting in developing new processes, tools, templates, and documentation for the group.
- Maintaining effective communication channels and providing periodic updates to COA Manager(s) to ensure delivery expectations are met.
About You
Candidates interested in this role should have:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences (MBA or other advanced degrees preferred).
- At least 4 years of total work experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Experience in COA development or commercial management is ideal; other technical or product management experience may also be suitable.
- Experience in clinical or real-world research, pharmaceutical development, technical product management, or related roles.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
- Results-oriented, detail-focused, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop plans and deliver results within quality and timeline metrics.
