Job Title:

Associate Manager, B2B Sales (Trilingual SPA/ENG/PRT)

Job Description

The Associate Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of the team(s) supporting accounts to drive the generation of revenue and business growth, lead a sales team(s), accountable for driving team performance through customer success motions (onboarding, adoption, health checks and voice of the customer) and/or revenue retention motions (product/ service contract renewals, extension, upsell and expansion). Responsible for managing, building, and developing strategic client relationships through a balanced level of engagement with Sales Director and external facing client.

To oversee and guide a team of customer acquisition associates towards achieving the company’s sales targets in the Brazilian B2B space. This involves strategic planning, mentorship, and direct support to ensure the team’s success.

You will

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of associates focused on acquiring new business clients within Brazil.

  • Develop comprehensive acquisition strategies tailored to the Brazilian business environment.

  • Establish robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Track and analyze acquisition metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

You have

  • 3+ years proven work experience in a sales role.

  • 1+ years of leadership experience in a similar sales role is important.

  • Strong understanding of the Brazilian market dynamics, particularly in the social media and technology sector.

  • Proficiency in Portuguese, English and Spanish with strong communication and negotiation skills.
