We are seeking a talented and motivated Analyst to join our Mergers & Acquisitions Service Line in Brazil. Our M&A team specializes in assisting middle-market companies with industry expertise and superior deal execution, helping clients navigate complex governance, risk, and transparency challenges.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Communicate regulatory, financial information, and complex strategic issues clearly to assist decision-makers in corporate finance transactions.
• Market services to internal partners and external clients, develop client networks, and support sales and marketing strategies.
• Ensure the quality of client deliverables with strong attention to detail.
• Mentor and develop staff, including analysts and junior associates.
• Manage a variety of projects with responsibilities aligned to experience and capabilities.

Essential Traits

• Minimum of 3 years prior experience in investment banking with demonstrable M&A execution experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Strong interest in researching the financial services industry.
• Ability to analyze information and make effective decisions considering priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing client relationships and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
• Experience working with diverse teams.
• Fluent in English.
• Onsite work at Kroll’s São Paulo office, Brazil.
