We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Associate Director, Sales to lead Shure’s sales strategy across South America, overseeing the Brazil-based Channel Marketing and Customer Experience teams serving Latin America. The role involves driving revenue growth through channel partnerships, developing go-to-market strategies, strengthening partner engagement, and aligning with Shure’s brand and business objectives. It also includes shaping long-term goals, uncovering new opportunities, and enhancing the end-user experience.

Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required. This role is based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the South America sales organization, managing sales performance, growth targets, and margin improvements. Develop and implement strategic plans to exceed sales targets across all product lines.
  2. Provide leadership to the Sales, Channel Marketing, and Customer Experience teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and high performance. Set goals, coach team members, and foster a culture of innovation and professional growth.
  3. Manage strategic channel accounts, focusing on growth, value creation, and customer journey improvements. Build long-term relationships with top partners and ensure strategic alignment.
  4. Oversee regional channel marketing and customer engagement initiatives in collaboration with the Brazil-based team supporting Latin America. Ensure programs are effective and aligned with sales objectives, contributing to partner enablement and customer success.
  5. Develop and execute regional channel sales plans with cross-functional teams, identifying gaps and opportunities to increase market penetration and partner performance.
  6. Support regional promotions, product launches, events, and training programs in collaboration with internal teams like product marketing, global accounts, and operations.
  7. Represent the voice of Latin American channel partners internally, providing strategic input on global and regional initiatives. Lead regional projects supporting business transformation.
  8. Manage budgeting and forecasting for regional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and responsible financial management.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10–12 years of experience in sales and/or channel leadership.
  • 7+ years managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of the professional audio or AV industry is preferred.
  • Experience working with Latin American channel ecosystems.
  • Ability to manage complexity, execute strategies, and lead in a matrix organization.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%.
  • Languages: Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
