The Associate Director, Commercial Engagement & Operations (CEO) will lead all CEO aspects of the CAPLYTA integration, spanning Incentive Compensation (define and develop a compensation program that aligns with the organization’s strategic plan and which compliantly drives incremental sales growth), Commercial Optimization & Deployment (leading the strategy and execution of field force structure, sizing, targeting & investment), and Commercial Operations & Reporting (call planning operations, sales force alignments & roster management, oversight of field inquires through the @your service model, field reporting design, development & operations).
