About You and this Role

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Customer Support Engineer to join our support team. In this role, you will help resolve issues for a diverse range of customers, from entertainment to finance to government sectors.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a queue of customer-reported issues
  • Gather crucial customer information and recognize issues
  • Conduct screen share meetings with customers as needed
  • Configure environments to test and reproduce issues
  • Maintain professional relationships through our ticket system
  • Communicate status updates effectively to customers
  • Create and update internal and public documentation
