What you'll do

Scaled Adoption Managers are part of the Customer Success Account Management team, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Success is measured by metrics like net revenue retention, decreased churn, and increased product usage.

In this role, the manager performs hands-on account management activities, working with cross-functional teams to engage customers, facilitate product enablement, reduce friction, increase adoption, and demonstrate value throughout the customer lifecycle.

The ideal candidate manages customer relationships broadly, delivering consistent experiences to ensure customer value and loyalty.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Scaled Adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer adoption and value realization through engagement activities
  • Achieve renewal outcomes with key partners
  • Engage customers and internal teams via calls and digital campaigns
  • Escalate issues requiring specialized skills
  • Use deep product knowledge to resolve customer issues and recommend actions
  • Provide feedback to improve products and customer experience
  • Promote Docusign products through discussions, tutorials, and support evaluations
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure adoption and alignment with customer objectives
  • Analyze customer data to prioritize actions for optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with teams like Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations, etc., to develop account strategies
  • Adhere to best practices for opportunity management, data quality, CRM hygiene, quotes, and forecasting

Job Designation

Remote: Work from a designated remote location; not required to be in-office frequently.

Designations like In Office, Hybrid, or Remote are role-specific and may change based on business needs.

What you bring

Basic

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role in SaaS or similar environment
  • Experience with CRM and relevant tools
  • Multilingual in English and Portuguese
