IQVIA is seeking an Associate Consultant in Patient-Centered Research to design and deliver patient-focused studies for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. You will contribute to PROs, clinical outcomes, HEOR, and evidence generation, working within a multidisciplinary team to produce client-ready deliverables.

This fully remote role in Mexico requires 3–5 years in HEOR or related healthcare research, strong English, and a life sciences or related degree.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Economics or Business.
• Advanced English.
• 3–5 years of experience in HEOR or related healthcare research.
• Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research.
• Experience in pharma, CRO, or healthcare organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build new technology solutions for patient-centered research, HEOR studies, and product introduction; develop marketing strategies.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with patients, caregivers, clinicians and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Manage internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to support product development.
• Create client-ready reports, presentations and workshops with client teams and stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through engagements and learning opportunities.
• Assist development and writing of proposals with senior support.
• Attend and present at client meetings.

Job Overview

The Associate Consultant, Patient-Centered Research, supports the design and delivery of patient-focused and outcomes research projects for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare clients. Working within a multidisciplinary consulting environment, the Associate Consultant contributes to projects focused on patient experience, patient-reported outcomes (PROs), clinical outcomes, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), and evidence generation.

This role involves conducting qualitative and quantitative research, synthesizing healthcare evidence, analyzing findings, and developing client-ready deliverables. The ideal candidate combines strong research skills with an understanding of healthcare decision-making and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Essential Functions

• Supporting the design and build of new technology solutions of patient-centered research, outcomes research and HEOR studies including; understanding business needs, determining product specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research involving patients, caregivers, clinicians and other healthcare stakeholders
• Managing internal and external cross functional stakeholders to support product development
• Working in a team of like-minded professionals to create reports, presentations, workshops with client employees, management teams and other stakeholders, under the guidance our “the best on the business” team leaders
• Developing broad knowledge of related consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities
• Assisting development and writing of proposals with senior support
• Attending, supporting and presenting at client meetings

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences / Economics / Business. Master's Degree or Ph.D. with commercial experience in the healthcare industry welcome.
• Advanced English
• 3-5 years of experience in HEOR, Patient-Centered Research, Outcomes Research, PROs, COAs, RWE, epidemiology or related healthcare research
• Experience supporting qualitative and/or quantitative research studies.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, consulting or healthcare organizations.
• Strong understanding of patient-reported outcomes and evidence-generation methodologies.
