IQVIA is seeking a skilled Business Analyst in São Paulo to contribute to client projects by analyzing requirements, developing specifications, and supporting the design of solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams, including offshore developers, to ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, strong SQL and Python knowledge, and familiarity with data tools like DBeaver.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Strong ability to understand coding language (e.g. python, linux).
• Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with DBeaver.
• Experience with scheduling tools (Automic, monitoring platforms).
• Ability to read data identify errors.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze client requirements/problems and proposal development.
• Develops detailed documentation and specifications.
• Performs basic quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify issues and develop solutions.
• Assists Analysts and Consultants in design and structures of presentations.
• Develops knowledge of services and consulting methodologies used in pharma/healthcare/life sciences.
• Engagements are managed by Consultants, Engagement Managers or Principals.
• As a business analyst, validates client deliverables and directs offshore project team.

Essential Functions

• Assists with the review and analysis of client requirements/problems and proposal development.

• Develops a basic knowledge of services and consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry.
• Develops an awareness of IQVIA technology solutions and how they would be utilized in client scenarios.
• Engagement based responsibilities are assigned and closely managed by Consultants, Engagement Managers or Principals.
• As a business analyst, validates the client deliverables and directs the work of an offshore project team.
