Who You Are:- Previous experience in customer service, digital marketing, or data analysis (2 to 3 years, including internships).
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of digital media, performance metrics, and/or campaign management.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Experience at advertising agencies in the Brazilian market and/or managing agencies in tech companies.
- Experience with video campaigns and DSPs is a plus.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.
