• Aim to promote social well-being by providing guidance and assistance to patients and families regarding their role in the Institution and area of expertise;
• Visit patients daily to identify those and their families who need your services;
• Assist nursing, medical, and administrative teams when requested;
• Support managers in handling complaints through mediation with beneficiaries, families, and doctors;
• Coordinate, upon medical indication, the hospitalization and reception of patients and families;
• Address issues related to non-coverage of exams and procedures by health plans, and assist in finding financial solutions either in the public network or private sector;
• Possess a valid registration with the Regional Council of Social Service (CRESS) and be up-to-date with financial obligations;
• Perform other related activities as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

• Complete higher education in Social Work.
• Experience in similar roles or functions.
