Qualificações

Role Responsibilities

  • The Operations Assistant position is responsible for ensuring the correct execution of operational activities in the warehouse, such as material handling, product shipping, internal recycling, as well as maintaining strict inventory control of stored products and ensuring compliance with safety policies to prevent incidents in the work area.
    • Preparation of sales orders considering monitor configuration, labeling, certification documentation preparation, and packaging accommodation.
    • Prepare picking and shipping strictly according to FIFO (First-In First-Out) scheme.
    • Daily loading schedule and follow-up with customers and carriers.
    • Issuance of electronic sales invoices and returns of serialized and non-serialized products. Sending XML files.
    • Shipping of sales orders – checking sales orders with a checklist during shipping, contacting carriers and drivers.
    • Follow-up with customers regarding daily dispatches.
    • Entry of information into control spreadsheets (EXCEL, WORK, SAP).
    • Generate inventory count reports, third-party materials, materials in transit, and product shelf life.
    • Receipt and inspection of stock
    • Ensure the correct movement of inventory between warehouses and customers to maintain strict control over stored inventory.
    • Prepare a weekly updated stock report.
    • Conduct monthly periodic counts of stored product inventories as an internal control measure.
    • Monitor the shelf life of products stored in the warehouse and inform promptly to prevent product obsolescence.
    • Record of equipment serial numbers during the reception process as necessary.
    • Support the Finance and/or Management Control areas in conducting the Annual Inventory, or in external audits, etc.
    • Consolidate and store returned equipment for subsequent shipment to Headquarters.
    • Ensure compliance with company-defined safety policies to prevent incidents in the work area.
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse in accordance with EH&S guidelines
    • Customer service post-sales, addressing product, documentation, and delivery condition queries.
    • Dispatch of correspondence.
    • Organization and filing of documents related to the sales process and delivery receipts.
    • Obtain quotes from suppliers as needed.
    • Register suppliers.
    • Receipt and inspection of materials.
    • Obtain freight quotes for sales
Role Purpose

Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or similar.
    • Technical or professional studies related to Logistics, Operations, or similar.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, especially Excel.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a forklift operator
    • Organized, focused, and discreet, with planning and prioritization of activities, patient, agile, adaptable to adverse situations, and initiative.
    • Critical vision.
    • Ease with numbers and calculations.
    • Work under pressure, teamwork, ability to maintain confidential information and share learning/knowledge.
    • Multitasking.
    • Clear and objective communication (verbal and written); direct contact with customers and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of SAP B1 (desired, not mandatory).
