Qualificações

• Diploma em Logística, Administração ou áreas relacionadas.
• Experiência em operações de recebimento.

Responsabilidades

• Entrada de dados de faturas no ERP e registro de materiais no sistema.
• Monitorar e controlar processos de retorno para beneficiamento.

Analista de Recebimento de Logística

This position is on-site at our unit in São Bernardo do Campo.

Summary

Responsible for physically receiving, verifying the physical receipt against the invoice, and controlling the flow of incoming materials, ensuring the correct entry of all materials received by the company.

Main Responsibilities

• Physically receiving, verifying, and controlling the flow of incoming materials, ensuring correct entry.
• Physical verification, weighing, and labeling of imported and national items controlled in stock.
• Data entry of invoices in the ERP TOTVS and registering materials into the system.
• Monitoring and controlling return processes for beneficiation.
• Assisting with dispatch and internal movements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in receiving operations.
