Job Type: Full-time employee

Responsibilities:

• Receive products sent by the headquarters, perform unloading, and transport to stock;
• Organize products in the shelves from smallest to largest, following the segments (female, children, male, sneakers, accessories);
• Check and store products returned from the sales floor by vendors;
• Organize and discard empty boxes that will not be used;
• Tie cardboard bundles securely, keeping them organized for loading;
• Identify products that need restocking in the sales area, prepare them in the stock, and have them ready for replenishment;
• Handle returned products from equipment, relabeling them with the correct model and size;
• Perform stock counts when requested;
• Guide the sales team when they have doubts or difficulty finding products;
• Carefully tag products to avoid damage to shoes/accessories;
• Pass shoelaces when they are completely loose in shoe boxes;
• Assist in organizing the sales floor, storing shoes in their respective boxes and placing them near the stairs;
• Help with miscellaneous tasks, keeping the workspace clean and organized;
• Collect products from the cash register area when requested by a supervisor;
• Resolve discrepancies in stock throughout the day;
• Be available for travel when selected by the company;
• Perform inventory counts as needed.

Educational Background: High school diploma completed
