Job Description

Support the agency's business area in assisting members by providing information related to Sicredi's products and services. Perform operational activities, support self-service processes, aiming for efficient and swift service, and ensuring business transactions and target achievement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to members, contribute to business effectiveness and growth.
  • Assist with operational formalities, receive documents, and verify compliance with legal formalities.
  • Prepare routines for more agile and efficient member service.
Requirements and Skills
  • Motivated to meet member needs, active, dynamic, and eager for personal and professional growth.
  • Completed or ongoing higher education in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • CPA 10 or CPA 20 certification is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of products and services.
  • Experience in customer service and formalities.
