Qualificações

• Higher education completed or in progress in Logistics or related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage operational data.

• Good communication and teamwork skills; proactive in supporting logistics operations.
• Previous experience in B2B logistics is a plus.
• Previous experience with Bling ERP is a plus.

This is an opportunity to support day-to-day logistics operations in a B2B environment, helping ensure orders move efficiently from processing through invoicing and delivery. You will work closely with logistics analysts and contribute to accurate administrative and operational workflows. The role involves monitoring open orders, validating information, and maintaining up-to-date records of order activity. You will also track shipments and help identify status changes or potential issues. Strong organization and attention to detail will be important for maintaining operational visibility. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys structured processes, coordination, and working with logistics data.
