• Registrar e efetivar pedidos de compras já negociados pelo comprador.
• Revisar e corrigir pedidos de compra conforme tabelas de preços vigentes.
• Gerenciar o workflow de cadastro de materiais, mantendo informações atualizadas e padronizadas.
• Assegurar o cumprimento de normas e diretrizes internas e externas aplicáveis.

A oportunidade

Apoiar o comprador em atividades relacionadas à área de compras, tais como colocação de pedidos, cadastro de materiais e outros, contribuindo com a agilização dos trabalhos e atendimento das demandas da área. Essa é uma posição 100% presencial para Blumenau.

Como você causará impacto

• Follow-up de entregas de materiais, acompanhando o andamento das entregas de materiais, garantindo visibilidade aos stakeholders e antecipando possíveis riscos de atraso.
• Registrar e efetivar pedidos de compras já negociados pelo comprador, assegurando conformidade com os acordos estabelecidos.
• Revisar e corrigir pedidos de compra conforme tabelas de preços vigentes, garantindo precisão, compliance e alinhamento com políticas internas.
• Gerenciar o workflow de cadastro de materiais, mantendo informações atualizadas, padronizadas e em conformidade com as diretrizes de Supply Chain.
