  • Assurer l'onboarding des nouveaux membres.
  • Mettre à jour les informations des membres dans le CRM.

Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to calls from members/partners via email, WhatsApp, chat, and phone, assisting with service inquiries, general concerns, and specific issues.
  2. Proactively contact members/partners through email, WhatsApp, chat, and phone to ensure their experience, especially during initial contacts with Assinatura Solara, is clear, simple, and smooth.
  3. Support the sales team in completing system onboarding, ensuring all data is complete, consistent, and accurate.
  4. Update member information in the CRM and generate reports to keep the company's database current.
  5. Conduct onboarding with new members, clearly explaining the shared generation model, contact channels, and next steps in their journey.
  6. Stay informed through the company's knowledge base to maintain understanding of the business and policies.
Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in digital and remote customer service via WhatsApp, chat, email, and phone.
  • Experience in Technology, Telecom, ChatBot, and WhatsApp companies.
