Job description

We are seeking a Commercial Assistant to join our team. This professional will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the Board of Directors, assisting with customer service, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting administrative processes in the area.

Location: São Paulo/SP – Central Region

Work model: Hybrid (2 days in-person and 3 days remote)

(Note: The in-person period may be changed to remote due to client meetings.)

Hours: 09h to 18h (Monday to Friday)

Main responsibilities
  • Support customer and partner service, preparation of commercial proposals, and negotiation follow-up.
  • Conduct opportunity mapping with manufacturers.
  • Monitor and update the sales funnel in the CRM, ensuring accurate data on opportunities and revenue forecasts.
  • Register and maintain an updated database of companies and contacts.
  • Support contract renewals and addendums, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain follow-ups with customers, ensuring quality service and identifying new opportunities.
  • Act as an interface with internal areas (Finance, Legal, and IT).
  • Assist in preparing commercial performance reports and sales metrics.
  • Support the organization of corporate events, meetings, and training sessions.
Requirements and skills
  • Degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commercial Assistant.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM and commercial automation platforms.
  • Experience with sales routines in the IT market (resellers and distributors of networks and cybersecurity).
  • Familiarity with network, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience in public tenders or sales to the corporate sector.
  • Good verbal and written communication, organization, proactivity, and ability to handle multiple demands.
