The Client Mgmt Analyst2 is a developing professional role that applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data. The role involves identifying policy gaps, interpreting data, making recommendations, and researching factual information. The analyst identifies inconsistencies, defines business issues, and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures, or practices. They integrate disciplinary knowledge within their specialty and have a basic understanding of related industry practices. The role has a limited but direct impact on the business, primarily affecting their own team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial and management reporting, planning, and analysis for a specific business unit, division, or product.
  • Support the banking business overall or multiple banking units.
  • Follow established guidelines and resolve problems.
  • Contribute to workflow or process change and redesign, developing a basic understanding of specific products or processes.
  • Be accountable for regular reporting or process administration as the owner.
  • May direct the day-to-day work of junior employees but typically does not have a formal management role.
  • Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, regulations, policies, and ethical standards. Escalate and report control issues transparently.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Project management experience preferred.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
