Job description

Assist with administrative and technical activities across various departments of the company, handle different types of documents following all necessary procedures, prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other controls to contribute to achieving organizational goals.

Main responsibilities
  • Support all store areas;
  • Control fiscal notes;
  • Prepare and review reports, expenses, billing activities, and registrations;
  • Receive and send parcels to branches;
  • Provide in-person and telephone assistance;
  • Request the purchase of office, cleaning, and consumable materials.
Requirements and skills
  • Complete high school education;
  • Ongoing or completed higher education (considered a plus);
  • Experience in administrative area (considered a plus);
