The HR Assistant will be responsible in performing various task related to employee services.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Reporting under the Plant HR Officer, the HR Assistant conducts the end-to-end talent acquisition process, prepares reports made on talent acquisition activities and ensures timely and accurate submission to immediate superior/Head Office and coordinates with all departments and functionally with HRD and other head office departments on specific HR concerns. The HR Assistant will also facilitate the processing of third-party partners billing.
  
  

What are the Qualifications?

• College graduate preferably B.S. Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related course.
• With at least two years experience in handling HR/personnel supervisory function.
• With experience or knowledge in SAP.
• Proficient both in oral and written communication.
