What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage architects, database administrators, systems administrators, and personnel providing technical end-user support
- Oversee security implementation and compliance for the Cardinal Technology team
- Create project plans and milestones while briefing agency and IT leadership regularly
- Supervise state employees and manage contingent labor in collaboration with the Cardinal Enterprise Application Office Director
- Recommend and deliver solutions to enhance agency technical architecture and ensure exceptional customer service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle, web technologies, Oracle Database, Linux Server, Windows Server, and vulnerability remediation
- Proven experience managing architects, systems administrators, and database administrators
- Ability to evaluate technologies and communicate their fit for the agency
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to balance long-term initiatives with short-term priorities
- Experience performing similar duties for a state government entity is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing end-user support personnel
- Familiarity with server, storage, and networking technologies
- Experience with PeopleSoft and Okta
