CareerVisors Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced accountant to manage the full spectrum of accounting in a property/real estate context.

ACCA completed and a degree in accounting, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and SAP B1 knowledge are required. The role is based in the North area with company transport provided to MRT hubs. You will handle billing, AR/AP, GL, month-end closings, and statutory filings, while liaising with auditors and regulators and recommending system

• Experience in property/real estate is a plus.
• SAP B1 knowledge is required.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice.

Key Information:

• Property Owner & Management

• Office located in North area, 2-way company transport provided at Lentor, AMK & YCK MRT

• Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm)

• Must have Full Set of accounts experience

• Must have SAP B1 knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of accounting functions including billing, AR/AP, GL, reconciliations, revenue recognition, GST reporting, and fixed asset accounting.

• Manage month-end closing and prepare accurate financial reports.

• Submit government and grant claims.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings, audits, and internal policies.

• Provide financial analysis to stakeholders; liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulators.

• Support process improvements and system implementations.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum ACCA (completed), Degree in Accountancy.

• At least 3 years’ relevant accounting experience

• Prior working experience in property/real estate industry will be a plus.

• SAP B1 knowledge

• Meticulous and independent

• Good communication & written skills in English.

• Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred.
