Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Ensinar artes para as turmas de Educação Infantil I, planejar atividades pedagógicas e integração curricular bilíngue.
• Conduzir práticas educacionais alinhadas às tendências da área de educação e ao proposta pedagógica da instituição.
• Preparar planos de ensino e programas dentro de sua competência.
• Acompanhar o desenvolvimento das crianças e participar de reuniões com pais e equipes pedagógicas.
• Modelar boas práticas para o assistente e orientar atividades diárias na sala de aula.
• Manter a sala organizada, observar necessidades individuais e relatar à coordenação e ao setor de psicologia.
• Estimular autonomia e responsabilidade entre as crianças e avaliar o progresso com feedback construtivo.

Teach arts classes for Elementary School I classes, planned pedagogical activities and bilingual curricular integration, providing meaningful learning for children;

Work on other educational practices, following trends in the area of education, in order to produce knowledge and innovative pedagogical practices in their area of activity;

Prepare a teaching plan in line with the institution’s pedagogical proposal;

Prepare programs and work plans within their competence;

Follow the Institution's comprehensive training proposal, integrating them into the pedagogical action, such as, co-participate in the preparation and execution of the same;

Monitor the development of children;

Participate in parent meetings, pedagogical meetings, training meetings, seminars and others;

Act as a facilitator of children's learning in synergy with the Coordination;

Keep an eye on the class, observing individual and group needs, reporting them to the coordination and the psychology department;

Keep the classroom organized and clean;

Encourage autonomy and responsibility in children;

Evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback for the continued development of their artistic and personal skills;

Keep your classroom as a shared space for experiences;

Perform academic differentiation, when necessary, for students below and above learning expectations;

Be an example of good practices for the assistant teacher and be a mentor in conducting daily practices in the classroom;

Have a respectful and caring relationship with children in the classroom;

Requisitos

Mandatory

Degree in Pedagogy, English Literature or related field.

Proficiency in the English language with level C1/C2 certification;

Minimum experience of 03 (three) years as a full teacher in the area of Elementary Education I in teaching Arts

Desirable

Knowledge in the application of the Formative Discipline;

Knowledge of the UBD (Understanding By Design) format to carry out planning;

Knowledge of active methodologies, Reggio Emilia and Project Based Learning;
