What You Will Be Doing

• Creating and designing top-tier AI automations to refine processes, boost productivity, and deliver robust solutions across various applications
• Exploring and integrating cutting-edge AI tools like GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer into our development process to assess and enhance their effectiveness
• Assessing and optimizing AI solutions across different infrastructures, such as AWS, to ensure seamless integration and performance

• Traditional coding - our AI handles the heavy work, allowing you to focus on innovation and strategy
• Being stuck in monotonous tasks - every problem is unique

Artificial Intelligence Engineer Key Responsibilities

Designing and deploying advanced, fully-automated AI systems that require zero human intervention, ensuring scalable impact

Basic Requirements

• AI-First Mindset (if your instinct is to write code first and then use AI tools to verify or enhance your code, please do not apply)
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Expertise in Python and AWS
• Knowledge of GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
• Proven experience in implementing Generative AI solutions with significant quantitative impact
• Experience using various LLMs through their APIs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business challenges

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
