Your Mission: As Art Director, you will drive HUUDA's artistic vision. You'll lead and inspire our talented art team to deliver AAA-quality art for both renowned global clients and HUUDA's original IPs. This role blends strong artistic direction with hands-on 2D and 3D skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, document, and champion the artistic vision and style for diverse game projects.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the art team.
• Ensure AAA quality and visual consistency across all art deliverables through clear, constructive feedback.
• Provide hands-on 2D/3D art creation and practical guidance when needed.
• Collaborate effectively with production, clients, and contribute to art pipeline optimization.
• Proven experience in an art leadership role (Art Lead, Art Director, or similar) within the game industry.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing a strong artistic vision, style direction, and high-quality 2D and 3D art skills.
• Deep understanding of game art pipelines and fundamental art principles (composition, color theory, anatomy, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software.
